From the date of the items dispatched, you will have 45 days to apply for a return for a refund. After 45 days of items dispatched, you have 15 days more to apply for an exchange for another product. Returns or exchanges must be post marked within 15 days after your request approved in order to avoid restocking fees and delays.
If non-defective items for a refund are requested within 45 days from the day the item was dispatched, provided each item is in original conditional as NEW at full MSRP, you will be required to return the item and cover return shipping fee as handling charge. Upon receipt of the item, the refund procedure will be arranged. We will not issue a refund for non-defective item before receiving the original item and inspecting it first.
If you are returning a product because of an error made by us (i.e., we sent you the wrong item or quantity), return the product to us within 10 days of delivery, in the original packaging and unused. We will send out a pre-paid return label by email and cover any postage back to us.
If the item is damaged due to improper installation or use, it cannot be considered defective, in which case, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment source. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for credit to appear in your account after your return has been processed.

Log in to the website using the same email address that the original order was placed with. Navigate to the "My Account" icon and "Check Order" page; from there you can click "Apply Refund" next to the order you need to send back. If more than 45 days have passed since the order was dispatched, the option to request an RMA might not be available. Please allow up to 3 business days for an RMA to be issued. Once the RMA is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to make your return.
Please follow all return instructions included with the RMA approval email. Note that you MUST include your RMA number (preferably a printed copy of the RMA confirmation email) inside the box along with your return.
If you changed your mind, misplaced an order or wrong item by any reason, we will always try our best to cancel your order. Please Log in to the website using the same email address that the original order was placed with. Navigate to the "My Account" icon and "Check Order" page; from there you can click "Cancel Order" next to the order you wish to change or cancel. Or please send your request through email (email@example.com). We are able to cancel the order if the request is made before the order has been processed or dispatched. We do process orders immediately within 24 hours, if the "Cancel" button is not present, the order has already been processed in the warehouse and can no longer be cancelled or changed.
If the request for cancellation has been received after order has been processed or shipped out, sadly we will not be liable for any return shipping costs.
All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization form as described below.
Warranties cover defects in design and manufacturing only. Warranties do not cover, among other things: installation errors, wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications, configurations or combinations not performed by us or on our behalf.
Coplus 1 years manufacturer warranty periods start on the date the item was dispatched from our facility. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim or proof of product registration.

For all warranty returns, we will pay the freight costs on the condition that you return the defective product within 90 days of delivery; after 90 days of delivery, the product will be requested to be returned to us with freight prepaid by you. At our option and as the remedy, we will repair or replace the product in question, or issue credit.
Product will be replaced for any physical or electrical failures that arise from normal use throughout the full ownership of the original purchaser. Limited lifetime warranty is non-transferrable. Common wear and tear is not a cause for replacement parts.

If a component that's part of a kit or assembly has failed, we will gladly replace the affected part.
If we have discontinued an item, the current equivalent of the same product will be offered as a replacement. If an identical product is no longer available, we may replace with a similar product of comparable value. If no modern equivalent exists, we will issue you store credit equal to what you originally paid.
All warranties cover the product itself. Due to the range of variables, we will not be held responsible for any addition costs (labor, installation, rental cars, downtime, etc.)
All replacement parts will be shipped ground at no charge to you.

All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are to be paid by the recipient. Such fees are not included in the shipping or product cost. While common, we are unable to accommodate requests to falsify customs or tax documents with lower declared or "gift" values.
We are located in Taiwan. If all products are in stock, your order should normally be dispatched within 3 business days through UPS, due to items are shipped overseas, ETA would be 7-14 days after order placed.
No Updates at All:
Even if a package has been picked up, sometimes the carriers won't scan the label until it reaches the first sorting facility. During peak season / times, this often gets worse, but don't worry, it doesn't mean the package is really lost. Oftentimes it will end up being delivered before any updates appear online.
Please contact the carrier with your tracking number and provide notice that something seems wrong. Oftentimes, they can initiate a trace for the package and keep it moving. All shipping labels are generated electronically according to the address information given with your order.
Thank to our advanced warehouse management system, our shipment accuracy is 99.9%. All inventories are barcoded, and after each item is scanned in the correct quantity, the system will generate a shipping label to seal the box. That said, it's not impossible, please provide photos of the parts you received, the packing slip, and the packaging it arrived in. We will work together with you to help ensure that you receive what you ordered. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of certain parts may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. We take no responsibility for the individual customer's application of such products as some products are sold for off-road use only for racing or show vehicles.

A Classical-series is normally with reflectors, either low beam or high beam or both. Some of Classical-series come with sockets for original OEM halogens, which are not provided.
A Essential-series is normally with projectors for low beam and high beam which have higher light output values.

Moisture condensation under normal usage (cannot revert to its original state within a short period of time/ without modification), will be covered under warranty.
Light source modification (HID/LED conversion) without proper weather protection that results into moisture condensation will not be covered under warranty.
Moisture or condensation can happen in lights due to atmospheric differences between the inside of light and the outside atmosphere. All lights are vented to the atmosphere so that heat can dissipate outside the headlight. The moisture or condensation should burn out within a day or so. When happens, please check the sockets and bulb covers to make sure they are seated against housing correctly. Check the socket weather gaskets on older vehicles for any signs of deterioration. Check vent tubes or vent tape to make sure they are not clogged, pinched, or dusty.
Yes, they are adjustable. All of our headlights have at least a height adjustment screw. Please find instruction in installation guide.
